My educational background is Bachelor Degree in Physics. I have Masters in Human Resources Management (MHRM), Pondicherry University and Masters in Financial Management (MFM), Pondicherry University. I have Diploma in PMIR from Annamalai University. I have undergone training in GAPP from IIM, Kolkata.

Professional Contribution 

As a IICA certified ESG professional, I have helped manufacturing and service companies to implement ESG in their companies. I have designed the strategic roadmap for implementing BRSR in the respective listed companies. I have designed innovative HR projects in the areas of recruitment, retention, succession planning, performance management and leadership development etc. I have worked on CSR project for providing sustainable livelihoods to street vendors.

Philanthropic Endeavors 

I have decided to build old age homes for the elderly. I will make adequate provisions for food during night especially needy and poor people in my state. Due to massive dropout of children, I will impart education to underprivileged children especially in Mathematics, Science. and English to make them literate citizens of this country.
