Job Description:

Designing and delivering training programmes to enhance the skills and capacities of social entrepreneurs and NGO partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training curricula and materials.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participant feedback.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
• Collaborate with partners to identify training needs and opportunities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training or capacity building.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
